Everything you see today was not easy to create and it was even very difficult as every startup knows what it has experienced also we have encountered our difficulties that may have been great at first but are now small. I was only 17 years old and initially had to create a convenience in disconnecting previous work by not damaging that business with my absence, and allowing someone else to replace me, a few months ago the motivation to be innovative and creating something of my own I got it in a space called ICK that at the time was not that I understood what it is I just know I saw a call to create a logo and I applied and during those 48 hours I realized I was close to having a designer with up to 16 years experience and meanwhile I was as old as she was and what surprised me was the fact that at that time I had a laptop (not very good – which we still keep) and all that was in me was the creativity and confidence that I could do something. Some of the agencies and mentors even asked me for a portfolio that I did not have and there I realized that they saw in me something I did not see and the funny presentation is not forgotten I was introduced as UI | UX designer (but I was not) in red shorts and with a simple t-shirt while others were wearing suits and there were even teams but my presentation also impressed the juries for the explanatory way but I also realized that I was not a winner but I gained something very valuable, a new dimension it opened in my mind and my heart told me to follow it.
I realized that my potential was more than a designer, and meanwhile months later a friend more precisely Trimori (Moli) informed me of a call for grants from FIQ NGO where I did not hesitate at all and applied with good intentions, creating an idea which could be funded and for my benefit they informed me that I was part of the training group where at the same time I thank the trainers many of whom I still remember is Olti where I trained in some specific sectors such as leadership, marketing, sales, management , finances and soft skills. While I was in the training phase I was also working but I found the time to read and try to understand the world of science and mix it with art to be able to understand what a Creative Director has for skills and what activities he does, while training is you it was coming to an end and I saw that I also liked to consult others and generate marketing strategies for colleagues in the training phase where I finally had to develop a name idea and a complete business plan to present to donors. I just realized that the Shigjeta without donations or had to be created in the meantime I was relieved of the workload that took most of the time and when I introduced it I felt that I would be one of those ideas that I would support after leaving a positive impression on the jury (one of them was not satisfied hope today sees the success of our company). I was very pleased and I am very grateful to the FIQ organization for the help with 2000 € and more for the increase of potential and later from September it was the phase of real preparation for the opening of the Shigjeta.
Also, except for Ardi and Omer, who are already present in the management of the Shigjeta, we never forget the contributions of Veron, Bajram, Granit, Besnik and Bleron, who at different times were part of our journey.
